Love this post! The only thing that’s certain on my blog is that the food will be gluten free. Other than that it’s mostly vegetarian, but sometimes not. Lately vegan, but I doubt that will last. Sometimes raw. Sometimes organic, when I can afford it. Mostly healthy. And generally simple, because I don’t know how to do a lot of the fancy stuff I see on blogs!
